1. Introduction

This Privacy Policy describes how Tradiecapital LLC, doing business as Tradie (“Tradiecapital,” “Tradie,” “Company,” “we,” “us,” or “our”), collects, uses, stores, shares, and protects your personal information when you use our mobile application, website, APIs, and related services (collectively, the “Service”).

By using the Service, you consent to the data practices described in this Privacy Policy. If you do not agree with this Privacy Policy, you must not use the Service.

We are committed to protecting your privacy and handling your data with transparency and care. This policy complies with applicable U.S. federal and state privacy laws, including the California Consumer Privacy Act (CCPA/CPRA), and the European Union General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR) where applicable.

2. Information We Collect

2.1. INFORMATION YOU PROVIDE DIRECTLY. When you create an account, update your profile, subscribe to a plan, or contact us, we collect: (a) name, email address, and profile photo (via Google, Apple, or email sign-up through Clerk); (b) subscription and billing information processed through Stripe, Inc. (we do not directly store your credit card number); (c) trading preferences, strategy configurations, watchlists, and portfolio settings; (d) content you create within the Service such as custom strategies, notes, and feedback; (e) support requests, survey responses, and communications with us.

2.2. INFORMATION COLLECTED AUTOMATICALLY. When you use the Service, we automatically collect: (a) device information including device type, operating system, unique device identifiers, and mobile network information; (b) usage data such as pages viewed, features used, strategies created, backtests run, time spent in the app, and interaction patterns; (c) log data including IP address, access times, app crashes, and system activity; (d) push notification tokens for delivering notifications you have opted into.

2.3. INFORMATION FROM THIRD PARTIES. We may receive information from: (a) authentication providers (Clerk) — your name, email, and profile photo when you sign in via Google or Apple; (b) payment processors (Stripe) — subscription status, payment confirmation, and billing metadata (not your full credit card number); (c) market data providers — publicly available financial market data used to power the Service features.

2.4. INFORMATION WE DO NOT COLLECT. We do NOT collect: (a) your brokerage account credentials or login information; (b) your actual trading positions, balances, or holdings at third-party brokers; (c) your Social Security number, government ID, or tax identification numbers; (d) biometric data; (e) data from contacts, camera, microphone, or location services (unless explicitly needed for a feature and you grant permission).

3. How We Use Your Information

We use the information we collect for the following purposes: (a) to provide, operate, maintain, and improve the Service; (b) to process your subscription payments and manage your account; (c) to personalize your experience and deliver relevant content; (d) to generate AI-powered trading strategies, backtests, and analytics based on your inputs; (e) to send you technical notices, updates, security alerts, and support messages; (f) to communicate with you about new features, products, and promotional offers (with your consent); (g) to monitor and analyze usage trends and improve Service functionality; (h) to detect, prevent, and address fraud, abuse, security issues, and technical problems; (i) to comply with legal obligations and enforce our Terms of Service.

We may use anonymized, aggregated data (which cannot identify you personally) to improve our AI models, conduct research, generate industry reports, and enhance the Service. This aggregated data is not considered personal information.

4. How We Share Your Information

4.1. WE DO NOT SELL YOUR PERSONAL INFORMATION. Tradiecapital LLC does not sell, rent, or trade your personal information to third parties for their marketing purposes. We have not sold personal information in the preceding 12 months.

4.2. SERVICE PROVIDERS. We share information with trusted third-party service providers who assist us in operating the Service, subject to confidentiality obligations: (a) Clerk — authentication and user management; (b) Stripe, Inc. — payment processing and subscription management; (c) cloud hosting providers — secure data storage and computing infrastructure; (d) analytics providers — anonymized usage analytics to improve the Service.

4.3. LEGAL REQUIREMENTS. We may disclose your information if required to do so by law or in the good faith belief that such action is necessary to: (a) comply with a legal obligation, subpoena, court order, or governmental request; (b) protect and defend the rights or property of Tradiecapital LLC; (c) prevent or investigate possible wrongdoing in connection with the Service; (d) protect the personal safety of users of the Service or the public; (e) protect against legal liability.

4.4. BUSINESS TRANSFERS. In the event of a merger, acquisition, reorganization, bankruptcy, or sale of all or a portion of our assets, your personal information may be transferred as part of that transaction. We will notify you via email and/or prominent notice within the Service of any change in ownership or use of your personal information.

5. Data Security

We implement industry-standard technical and organizational security measures designed to protect your personal information, including: (a) encryption of data in transit using TLS/SSL; (b) encryption of sensitive data at rest; (c) secure authentication through Clerk with support for multi-factor authentication; (d) regular security assessments and monitoring; (e) access controls limiting employee access to personal data on a need-to-know basis.

However, no method of transmission over the Internet or electronic storage is 100% secure. While we strive to use commercially acceptable means to protect your personal information, we cannot guarantee its absolute security. You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account credentials.

6. Data Retention

We retain your personal information for as long as your account is active or as needed to provide you with the Service. Upon account deletion, we will delete or anonymize your personal information within 30 days, except where we are required to retain certain information for legal, accounting, or regulatory compliance purposes (up to 7 years for financial records).

Anonymized and aggregated data that cannot identify you may be retained indefinitely for analytics and Service improvement purposes.

7. Your Privacy Rights

7.1. ALL USERS. Regardless of your location, you have the right to: (a) access and receive a copy of your personal data; (b) correct inaccurate personal data; (c) delete your account and personal data; (d) opt out of marketing communications at any time; (e) withdraw consent where processing is based on consent.

7.2. CALIFORNIA RESIDENTS (CCPA/CPRA). If you are a California resident, you have additional rights under the California Consumer Privacy Act and the California Privacy Rights Act: (a) Right to Know — request disclosure of the categories and specific pieces of personal information collected; (b) Right to Delete — request deletion of your personal information; (c) Right to Opt-Out of Sale — we do not sell personal information, but you may still exercise this right; (d) Right to Non-Discrimination — we will not discriminate against you for exercising your privacy rights; (e) Right to Correct — request correction of inaccurate information; (f) Right to Limit Use of Sensitive Personal Information.

7.3. EU/EEA RESIDENTS (GDPR). If you are located in the European Economic Area, you have additional rights including: (a) Right to Data Portability — receive your data in a structured, machine-readable format; (b) Right to Restriction of Processing; (c) Right to Object to Processing; (d) Right to Lodge a Complaint with a supervisory authority.

8. Children's Privacy

The Service is not directed to individuals under the age of 18. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 18. If we become aware that we have collected personal information from a child under 18, we will take steps to delete such information promptly. 9. Third-Party Links and Services

The Service may contain links to third-party websites, services, or applications that are not operated by us. We have no control over and assume no responsibility for the content, privacy policies, or practices of any third-party sites or services. We strongly advise you to review the privacy policy of every site you visit.

10. Push Notifications

With your consent, we may send push notifications to your mobile device regarding trading signals, strategy alerts, account updates, and promotional messages. You can opt out of push notifications at any time through your device settings or within the Service settings.

11. International Data Transfers

Your information may be transferred to and processed in countries other than the country in which you reside. These countries may have data protection laws that are different from your country. We take appropriate safeguards to ensure that your personal information remains protected in accordance with this Privacy Policy when transferred internationally.

12. Do Not Track Signals

The Service does not currently respond to “Do Not Track” (DNT) browser signals. We will update this policy if we adopt a DNT standard in the future.

13. Changes to This Privacy Policy

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. We will notify you of material changes by posting the updated policy within the Service with a new “Last updated” date and, where required by law, by sending you an email notification. Your continued use of the Service after the effective date of any changes constitutes acceptance of the updated Privacy Policy. We encourage you to review this policy periodically.
